AUTUMN

Today I woke up at 7AM to the sound of bells. Here at Smith, that means it's Mountain Day. The president picks one beautiful day and classes are cancelled so we can enjoy the day. My house was going to go apple picking but we didn't have enough cars so we went to the park for a picnic instead. It was really nice! My lovely friend Kady and I are going downtown later on, I want to get something like pumpkin latte, and I need a couple things from cornucopia. We went yesterday and I got pumpkin chips because I'd never tried them before - yum! I didn't get anything else but I will once my fridge arrives. Cornucopia is awesome, it's all natural, organic, that type of thing, but that also means that... a lot of it is expensive. We will be getting goat's cheese though! Ooooh my, yes.
I realized while going through Pinterest pictures that I truly love autumn. I also love winter... But let's stick with autumn right now. The colors are gorgeous, the weather is nice... I love pumpkin anything too! Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite things... ever. I also have a Pinterest board with nothing but breakfast, but it's mostly beautiful pictures of coffee and tea that are easy to imagine sipping while sitting in a comfy chair, reading a book, out in the country... only the sound of the wind and the leaves (oh, in Ireland). There's something so magical about autumn! I could go on with my little daydream, but I think I'd rather the rest just live in my own little head. It's a very simple, slow life that I think of though...
