I'm so happy to be able to show you one of my new thrifted skirts!
What do you think?
I think I love it even more than when I bought it.

Isn't that a beautiful pattern? I absolutely love it. These pictures make me smile! By the way, yes, my hair is not as blue these days. I'm waiting till July to dye it. The color isn't completely gone and it doesn't bother me, so I'll just leave it for now. Jerome Russell's Punky Hair Color is really really good. It worked on my hair, while Manic Panic unfortunately did not. I really love my turquoise highlights, but sometimes I want to have pink highlights... and purple... It's so fun! I do hate when people look at me and ask: "Why would you do that to your hair?" Are you kidding? Am I asking you why you picked those clothes or why you decided to do this or that? No... So please, respect my decision to have turquoise highlights :)
The pictures above were taken by my mom! She's one of the best, haha. I usually ask friends and family to take these outfit pictures because, unlike Delightfully Tacky, I don't have a tripod (though I really should get one! VERY useful). My mom is really good at taking these pictures because she follows the advice I give her. I've been going through many blogs, and know what kind of pictures I want. My first piece of advice is don't stop taking pictures. It's a digital camera, I will probably delete most pictures, but end up with enough for the blog!
Right after the little photo shoot, we went for lunch at one of our favorite places! The deliiicious Fuxia restaurant. It's right next to her work place.

The last thing on the list – Penne Pastore – is what I ate (picture below) and what I eat almost every time we go to Fuxia. It's absolutely PERFECT. I'd love to try to make it at home... My other favorite Fuxia dish is the Lemon Escalope... Ah, so delicious! I definitely recommend Fuxia. Plus, the servers are really nice! My mom had today's special: Seafood pasta. Yummy too!
